SGS Building Services was established in May 1998 and is a privately owned business operating within Sydney. The director, Vince Shamieh is an Honours Graduate from University of Technology, Sydney. He is a practicing Structural Engineer, Licenced Contract Builder, Licenced Building Consultant who is registered and accredited by the Master Builders Association. Our Company specialises in "Master Built" contract works in prime residential and commercial projects, from domestic houses to multi unit developments. Our Company continues to project steady growth on building an enviable reputation for the construction of architecturally designed homes and luxury apartments. Our Company is involved in both the design and construction. By combining expertise in design with an understanding of the economic considerations involved with construction and backed up by a high level of client service, our Company is often able to achieve these substantial economies without comprising serviceability or structural potential. Our company has engaged highly qualified and experienced staff with significant building and engineering experience and central to the company's success is the ability to keep pace with technical developments. SGS Building Services carries $1,000,000 Professional Indemnity Insurance, $20,000,000 Public Liability with AON Risk Services Australia Ltd., Policy No. SYEN-0034-1223, Workers Compensation Insurance with Vero Workers Compensation, Policy 20WOR0025192 and Superannuation with IOOF Employer No 30649. SGS Building Services has current eligibility for Home Owners Warranty Insurance with Vero Insurance Limited.
